Bluestones beginner Polefitness Courses are the best way to develop and progress. you'll benefit enormously from the structure, challenge and fun of joining a course. 

On every course you'll learn a variety of the pole dancing tricks and spins appropriate for your level. You'll get fitter, stronger and have loads of fun. Pole can get quite addictive! People love the combination of strength, agility and the challenge you experience as you learn increasingly more impressive moves.

Barbell W.O.D

This workout can change each week but one thing remains the same... you'll be using a barbell! Fantastic results can be made with compound movements such as squats and deadlifts. Burn more calories whilst working multiple joints and muscles!

BURN!

BURN! is a one of a kind Choreographed Dumbbell Sculpt Workout. BURN! Takes 1.5kg–2.5kg dumbbells and fuses this with dance inspired movements which will shape, sculpt and improve your muscle tone in your upper body and core. You’ll burn fat, gain strength and quickly produce lean body muscle conditioning.

High intensity training combining hand weights, cardio, plyometric (jump training) and ab conditioning all in one program. Fantastic high energy class to complete your day. All levels welcome!

B-SPIN

A high energy class with great music and motivating Instructors riding a varied mixture of flats, hills & sprints while burning calories all the way! This class is a great cardiovascular workout. All levels are welcome. MetaFit

Perfect metabolic boost before you start work. Consists of 30 mins of high intensity tabata training , alternating between 20 seconds of max training followed by a 10 sec rest for a total of 8 rounds. These workouts are fast paced and fun and burn up tons of calories

This class is catered for all participants and all levels of fitness. If you have always wanted to get into yoga then this is the class for you. It aims to improve flexibility and range of movement in preparation for Yoga poses. Most Yoga poses require a degree of flexibility and mobility to execute them and reap the benefits of the pose. During these classes we will break down the components of the Yoga poses and develop the flexibility and stamina required to perform these positions.

JAGUA

JAGUA® is a body sculpting class choreographed to Hip Hop, Pop, Afro and Old School Music. It’s a body conditioning class that helps flexibility, muscle strength, tone and endurance in the legs, abdominals, arms, hips, and back. KONGA & MEGA KONGA

Start with the fundamentals of the mat work. In this class you will learn the basic series of exercises upon which the entire Pilates method is built. The heavy emphasis on abdominal strengthening is a necessity at every fitness level.

A great calorie burning class focusing on toning and improving the shape of your thighs, bums and tummy. Also great for anybody looking to get fit and improve their stamina with aerobic exercises included!
