It’s time to get specific with Glutes! Booty Camp focuses and controlled movements and time under tension to lift and shape your glutes. This class will build lower body lean muscle This class is aimed at targeting and strengthening the small, accessory muscles to achieve a long and lean body (a 'dancer's body'). The workouts focus on repetitive movements, lots of reps, and light weights – the whole point is to fatigue your muscles.
This practise is gentle and slow-paced, focusing on points such as the hips, hamstrings and back to ultimately keep your body mobile and comfortable.
