ALL LEVEL PILATES
Available for all levels! In this class you'll focus on trying to relax muscles which are tense and strengthen numerous muscles of the body
ASHTANGA YOGA
Ashtanga yoga combines strength, flexibility and stamina for the ultimate practise. This class is physically demanding, therefore previous yoga experience is necessary for achieving optimal results.
BEGINNER PILATES
Start with the fundamentals of the mat work. In this class you will learn the basic series of exercises upon which the entire Pilates method is built. The heavy emphasis on abdominal strengthening is a necessity at every fitness level.
BODYPUMP
This Les Mills program is one of the fastest ways to shape up and lose body fat and ideal for just about anybody who wants to add strength training into their aerobic workout, build lean muscles and burn fat. Its simplicity makes it a great starting point to develop strength, fitness and confidence.
BOOTCAMP
High intensity training combining hand weights, cardio, plyometric (jump training) and ab conditioning all in one program. Fantastic high energy class to complete your day. All levels welcome!
BOX
We combine the principals of professional boxing training and functional fitness to create a unique training system, providing the member with the boxing knowledge and the moves to enjoy this fitness class
B-SPIN
A high energy class with great music and motivating Instructors riding a varied mixture of flats, hills & sprints while burning calories all the way! This class is a great cardiovascular workout. All levels are welcome. BURN!
BURN! is a one of a kind Choreographed Dumbbell Sculpt Workout. BURN! Takes 1.5kg–2.5kg dumbbells and fuses this with dance inspired movements which will shape, sculpt and improve your muscle tone in your upper body and core. You’ll burn fat, gain strength and quickly produce lean body muscle conditioning.
