Premium Training Facility:
As we proudly announce we’ll become the first and only certified Hammer Strength Training Facility in Leicestershire. We have incorporated over 45 new stations dedicated to this premium brand. This addition complements our existing array of equipment, bringing the total number of stations to over 90. Prepare to experience a workout like never before, as we provide you with the tools to achieve your fitness goals more effectively and efficiently.
Innovative Studio Design:
We are excited to unveil our brand new studio, specifically designed for our new treadmill (HIIT) classes. Whether you're a seasoned HIIT enthusiast or just starting your fitness journey, our studio will offer the perfect environment to challenge yourself and take your fitness to the next level. Join our dynamic classes and experience the energy and motivation of our expert instructors.
Recovery Suite:
Your well-being is paramount to us, which is why we have introduced a Recovery Suite featuring an infrared sauna. After an intense workout, treat yourself to the soothing benefits of the sauna. It's a place to relax, rejuvenate, and let the stress melt away. The sauna's infrared technology enhances muscle recovery, reduces muscle soreness, and promotes overall wellness.
