The new timetable is officially out! You can now go ahead and book all classes online.

Over 30 classes a week, 10 different instructors, 3 unique settings, all in 1 club!


Our extensive range of classes taught by fitness professionals, all specialising in their particular field. You can really broaden your workouts and see HUGE results with what we have on offer.

The NEW BFIT range includes, 


BFIT 3.0

Ready to push yourself to the limit? This class is a 30 minute high intensity class aimed to shred fat. You will be giving it your everything to go for as long as you can! Keeping tabs on your time each week you will see rapid improvements in your stamina and the hard work will pay off. 



BFIT HIIT CAMP is our very own challenging, fun and supportive workout!
If you are new to exercise or just getting back into it, that’s ok. You can go at your own pace and work your way up. Anyone can be a part of the program at all levels of fitness. The HIIT camp workout consists of cardiovascular conditioning (running or walking, plyometrics), strength training (weights, stability balls, resistance bands, medicine balls, kettle bells) and stretching. The coaches vary the exercises and format for every workout to keep it fresh!



Perfect metabolic boost before you start work. Consists of 30 mins of high intensity tabata training, alternating between 20 seconds of max training followed by a 10 sec rest for a total of 8 rounds. These workouts are fast paced and fun and burn up tons of calories


Early Morning Yoga

Morning Yoga. Flow of yoga postures based on Vinyasa or Hatha to wake up body and spirit alike. The yogic texts say it is best to practice yoga early morning. Enjoy this 60 minute class before work or to provide great focus and energy throughout the day.
