4 TIPS TO KEEP YOUR FITNESS MOMENTUM

It has been a fantastic start to the year here at Bluestone and we want to keep the momentum in full flow. So here’s some tips to keep it going past January.... 

 

1. TRAIN FOR AN EVENT 

Having something to aim for and to plan you exercise regime around is extremely motivating. It gives you a goal to reach and it'll keep you focused on smashing your way to the finish line. Whether it's a local 5k run or a full triathlon - there is plenty to get stuck into in 2017! 

 

2. TRY OUR CLASSES

Try something you haven't tried before - don't be put off if you've never experienced an INSANITY class or that you have no idea what a downward facing dog looks like... It doesn't matter, our classes here at Bluestone Fitness are aimed for all levels of ability and fitness. You have to start somewhere - check out our fantastic range of over 30 classes a week and broaden you exercise regime. 

 

3.  GET A PEROSNAL TRAINER 

Why not handover the workout planning to a professional? It'll give you something less to think about and having a new workout planned for you each session will definitely keep you on your toes. 

 

4. PLAN A TRIP AWAY

Knowing that you have a trip away planned, it can motivate you to get in shape for it. Especially if you're off somewhere hot....
