We have another Yoga workshop happening at Bluestone Fitness on September 10th!
WHAT WILL THE WORKSHOP INVOLVE?
Involving partner assisted poses and stretches, working with a partner can help us get deeper into our physical practice and also is a really great way to share a Yoga practice. Touch is an essential part of our humanity and yoga heightens our senses and connects us to our physical self as well as to those around us. We will use an element of weight bearing, contact Yoga to wake up the body and enjoy this nurturing and joyful practice. There will be a strong element of play and trust. You don't need previous experience of Yoga to attend.Bring your partner, a friend or just come along by yourself.
The workshop will involve a warming yoga practice, followed by partner poses and stretches. This will also then involve a 30 minute meditation.

HOW MUCH - £15 p/person
The workshop will be ran by our very own Claire McCann who has been with us from the start and will be there to guide and help you along the way.
NOTE: There are only 18 spaces on this workshop and we will be running on a first come first serve basis.
