Tai Chi Movement is a low impact class that won't make you hot and sweaty. Take a short break out of your day to revitalise the body. A Tai Chi based class which concentrates on the body's movement and well being - it is aimed to refresh your mind and to reduce stress levels. The programme is led by Michael Cashmore BSc. Hons, a teacher and coach in health and fitness education for over 30 years in the Far East and UK.
